Growth happens best in the context of community.
You might want to debate it, you might want to avoid it, but if you want to grow spiritually, you can't ignore the fact. Don't get us wrong, we believe you can grow on your own, and we encourage you to do that, but in order for you to establish a lasting intimate relationship with God, you are going to need help. At Journey, we have what we call "Growth Environments" that are designed to help you grow spiritually and experience genuine community with others. The first environment is our Sunday morning worship experience every weekend at the Journey Campus. From that environment it is our hope that you will move past the weekend into one of our four other growth environments described below. The following pages are designed to give you the needed direction and information to plug into an existing growth environment or a brand new one.
