Big Idea: Safety is having a 'come as you are' group where people feel safe enough to be themselves and accept one another unconditionally.
Biblical Mandate: Romans 12:9-21 "...be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor... be of the same mind toward done another... be at peace with all me..."
Discuss: How are we at having a "Come as you are" group? Do you feel safe enough to be yourself in our group? Why or why not? How do we accept each other unconditionally? What specific practices will make our group a safer environment?
